1. Information you provide

You do not need to create an account to use ListPro. If you email ListPro or submit a feedback form, ListPro may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, survey answers, comments, screenshots, or bug reports.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential information, or information about children through feedback or email.

2. Preferences and local learning data

ListPro stores some settings and practice state in your browser, such as theme preference, interface language, words or verbs you have seen, and display preferences like whether translations are shown. Most of this stays on your device through local storage.

The theme and interface language may also be stored in cookies so the app can render the right experience when pages load. You can clear this information through your browser settings.

3. Technical data

Like most websites, ListPro and its hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, referrer, and error logs. This information is used to run the app, debug problems, protect against abuse, and understand basic usage.

4. Audio and language practice

ListPro uses browser speech features to play pronunciation audio where available. The app does not currently require microphone access, record your voice, or create voice profiles.

Speech behavior can depend on your browser, operating system, and installed voices. Those systems may have their own privacy practices.

5. Third-party services

ListPro may use third-party services to operate the app, including hosting providers, Google Fonts for typography, and Tally for optional feedback forms. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.

If you submit a Tally feedback form, your responses are handled by Tally as a service provider. Review third-party privacy notices if you want details about their practices.

6. How information is used

ListPro uses information to provide the app, remember preferences, respond to messages, fix bugs, improve lessons and features, prevent misuse, protect the app, and comply with legal obligations.

ListPro does not sell personal information. ListPro does not use the app to build advertising profiles.

7. How information is shared

ListPro may share information with service providers that help operate the app, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the app.

ListPro does not publish your direct feedback with identifying information unless you give permission or the information is already public.

8. Retention

Local browser data remains until you clear it, change settings, or the app replaces it. Emails, survey responses, and support messages may be retained as long as needed to respond, improve the app, resolve disputes, and keep reasonable records.

Hosting and security logs are generally kept according to provider retention settings and operational needs.

9. Children

ListPro is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact ListPro so it can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International use

ListPro can be used from different countries. Information may be processed in the United States, Vietnam, or other places where ListPro or its service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from the laws where you live.

11. Your choices

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser. You can also contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. ListPro may need enough information to verify and process the request.

12. Security, changes, and contact

ListPro uses reasonable safeguards for a lightweight experimental app, but no website or internet transmission is perfectly secure. Use the app with that limitation in mind.
