These Terms explain the rules for using ListPro. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
ListPro is an experimental language-learning project. It is built for low-friction practice, not for certified instruction, exam preparation guarantees, translation services, legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice.
1. Experimental service
The app may contain mistakes, missing content, awkward translations, audio issues, outages, or features that change without notice. You are responsible for checking important language, cultural, travel, academic, business, or legal uses with a qualified person or another reliable source.
ListPro may add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Access is provided as available, with no promise that a feature will stay available or remain unchanged.
2. Who may use ListPro
You may use ListPro only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
ListPro is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children through the app or the feedback form.
3. Acceptable use
Use ListPro for personal, educational, and lawful language practice. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, scrape or copy content at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate anyone, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you do not have permission to share through any feedback or contact channel.
4. Content and ownership
ListPro, its name, interface, lessons, examples, exercises, and other app materials are owned by ListPro or used with permission. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for your own learning.
You may not sell, redistribute, frame, mirror, bulk-download, or create a competing dataset from ListPro content without written permission.
5. Feedback
If you send feedback, survey responses, suggestions, corrections, or ideas, you allow ListPro to use them to operate, improve, and promote the app without payment or obligation to you. Please do not include anything confidential in feedback.
6. Third-party services
ListPro may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, browser speech tools, Google Fonts, and Tally for feedback forms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
ListPro is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that it does not control.
7. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ListPro does not promise that the app will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific goals.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListPro and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, learning outcomes, exam results, travel problems, business decisions, or reliance on app content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListPro’s total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid ListPro to use the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $25 if you paid nothing.
9. Indemnity
If your misuse of ListPro, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights causes claims, losses, or costs, you agree to reimburse ListPro and its creator to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes and contact
ListPro may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, the updated page will show a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
